Agreement
By downloading or using ARTEXMAX (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the App. These terms apply alongside Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
What the App does
The App displays cryptocurrency market information and lets you keep personal records of collecting goals and a watchlist on your device. It doesn't offer trading, brokerage, exchange, wallet or payment services, and it doesn't hold or move any assets.
Information only, not advice
Content in the App is provided for general information. It isn't financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it isn't a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Lists such as Movers and Trending reflect market activity and search interest, not quality or suitability. Please consider speaking with a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
Market data
Market data is supplied by a third party (CoinGecko) and may be delayed, incomplete or occasionally inaccurate. Figures calculated in the App, such as value-weighted changes, goal values and converter results, are estimates based on that data. Please confirm important figures with an official source.
Your records
Goals and records contain the information you enter. You're responsible for their accuracy and for keeping your own copies of anything important. Because this information is stored on your device, it may be lost if the App is deleted or the device is reset.
Risk
Crypto assets can be highly volatile and may lose value quickly. Past performance shown in the App doesn't indicate future results.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the App, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it beyond what applicable law permits, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party names and content
Asset names, tickers and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify them. Their appearance doesn't imply endorsement of, or affiliation with, the App. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience, and those sites have their own terms.
Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for losses or damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App or its content, including decisions made based on market data.
Changes
We may update the App and these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
