Privacy Policy

Summary

ARTEXMAX doesn't ask you to create an account, and we don't collect personal information through the app. The goals and watchlist you create stay on your iPhone. The app doesn't include advertising, analytics or tracking tools.

Information stored on your device

The following is saved in the app's storage on your iPhone:

• Your goals, including the asset, target amount, optional name and date, and the records you log (amounts, prices, dates and notes)
• Your watchlist of starred assets
• Simple preferences, such as the last converter currency and heatmap period
• Recently loaded market data and asset logos, so screens can open quickly and work without a connection

We don't receive this information. You can remove it from Settings → Storage or by deleting the app. If you use iCloud or device backups, it may be included in those backups under Apple's terms.

Market data requests

To show prices, charts and other market information, the app requests data from CoinGecko, and asset logos from CoinGecko's image service. These requests contain what's needed to return the data, such as which assets or time range to load. As with other internet requests, the service receives standard connection details such as your IP address. Apart from those details, the requests don't include information about you, and your goals and watchlist aren't sent. CoinGecko's handling of request data is described in its own privacy policy.

Web pages and email

Links such as this policy, our support page or an asset's official website open in Safari inside the app. Websites you visit are governed by their own privacy policies. If you email us, we use your message and email address to reply and help with your request.

Children

ARTEXMAX isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above. Significant changes will be reflected in an app update where appropriate.
